We usually make it pretty clear that we are proud of our people and the work that they do. This year to coincide with World Refrigeration Day, we are holding our first annual Coolphase Values Awards – The W’s.

Mitch completed his electrical apprenticeship with Coolphase in 2017. In 2018 he was the lead electrician at the Coles Ripley new store refrigeration installation. I asked Mitcham a few questions about his apprenticeship.
